Company History

Ironclad was established in 2009 by two brothers, Clint and Stephen Herman, with humble beginnings excavating residential foundations in Kelowna, British Columbia. With limited experience and scarce resources, Clint and Stephen quickly understood that they would need to learn to work smarter than their competitors to gain an edge.

As their experience and reputation grew, so too did their exposure to more complex projects, where careful planning and assessment were critical to building long-lasting relationships and establishing a trusted name in the industry.

Company Timeline

Today, Ironclad has over 150 employees working on some of Western Canada’s most challenging infrastructure projects across a wide range of expertise, both as and for Prime Contractors. Clint and Stephen have built their reputation by focusing on giving the right people the tools they need to succeed and consistently deliver on their promises.
