Ironclad was a subcontractor to CANA Construction for the Banff Homestead Inn project located in Banff, Alberta. The foundation included underground parking that required bulk excavation off-site for this three-story commercial building.

- Challenges:
Ironclad overcame the challenge of disposing of bulk excavated material in an out-of-town location. Also, the project specifications had very tight tolerances on the secant pile walls that Ironclad successfully achieved on this project.
